Instructions for a Refund
Customers must request a refund through the original booking agent.
To obtain a refund for a ticket booked directly with Midway Airlines through Midway Airlines ticket counters, Midway Airlines reservations or midwayair.com.
Visit Midway Airlines corporate headquarters (5151 McCrimmon Parkway, Suite 208, Morrisville, NC 25760) between 9AM and 1PM, Monday through Friday.
Email the refund request along with mailing address (if tickets purchased with cash or check) to refunds@midwayair.com.
Mail the refund request along with tickets, day-time phone number and mailing address (if tickets purchased with cash or check) via "Registered Mile, Receipt Required" to:

Attention: Refunds
If the ticket was booked through a travel agent (including online travel agencies, i.e. Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia, etc.), the refund request must be made through the travel agent.
Midway Airlines will refund tickets to the original form of payment. US Airways is unable to refund Midway Airline tickets. All change fees are non-refundable.

Special Instructions for Refund Requests for tickets for travel prior to July 18:
Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded, unless Midway Airlines cancelled its flight, or travel was missed as a result of a Midway Airlines schedule change
Non-refundable tickets for past dates of travel, where the customer chose not to fly are non-refundable
Unrestricted tickets will be refunded to the original form of payment only
Customers and immediate family members booked on the same itinerary and holding non-refundable tickets that cancelled their trip due to a death in the family, military orders, or jury duty are eligible for a refund provided the necessary proof is mailed to the Refunds Department. (Example: death certificate, military orders, or jury duty notice)
Customers and immediate family members booked on the same itinerary and holding non-refundable tickets that cancelled their trip due to an illness or medical condition are eligible for a refund, less an applicable service fee ($35.00), provided the necessary proof is mailed to the Refunds Department. (Example: A signed physician's statement)
