How to Book and Buy Online
These simple steps will guide you to book and buy your tickets online. If you already have the TRAVELLER ID and PASSWORD you may LOGIN first. For new user, TRAVELLER ID and PASSWORD will be required before you enter the payment details.
Search
Select departure and arrival cities, travel date, trip type and passenger type.
Book
Select preferred flights. Available flights are marked with YES.
Select pricing option. If you select LOWEST FARE, you will be shown the best internet fare applicable to your travel date. UNRESTRICTED FARE is a higher fare that has more flexibilities.
Login
Enter your TRAVELLER ID and PASSWORD.
If you have not created your TRAVELLER ID and PASSWORD, click NEW USER and follow the prompts.
Traveller's Information
Enter passenger details. Infant's and child's, date of birth is required.
Fares Acceptance and Payment
Read the Fare Conditions and click on the box to signify your acceptance of the fare rules.
Read the list of Ticket Offices where you can collect your ticket.
Enter details of your credit card. We will only process and accept online payments using your credit card or the credit card of the passenger travelling with you. For MASTERCARD holders, please have your CVC ready. This is the 3-digit code printed at the back of your credit card.
Email Confirmation
Our systems will automatically validate the credit card you used online. Once we receive the bank's approval code, we will send you an email confirming your booking and payment. If you do not receive an email from us, please send an email to onlinebooking@pal.com.ph.
If we do not receive the approval code, we will send you an email specifying the date within which you can go to the designated TICKET COLLECTION POINT to pay for your ticket. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.
Identification Card
When you pick up your ticket, you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card you used online.
Traveller ID and Password
If you forget your password, send us an email with your TRAVELLER ID. If you are Mabuhay Miles member, you cannot automatically use your Membership ID and Password to pay for your online bookings. You have to create a separate profile for online booking purposes.
