Song Airlines
Song airlines is a U.S. domestic airline operated by Delta airlines.
It's all in the name.
It's the things you look for in a great song. The song is personal. It's unique. Memorable. And brings a smile to your face. A great song reflects who you are, and makes you feel good every time you hear it. You deserve no less than that when you fly.
A Lowfare service as different as you need it to be.
Every flight, we welcome a lot of different kinds of people. Guests of all different ages. With different interests. Different styles. Flying for different reasons. Maybe they're getting away for the weekend. Maybe it's a crucial business trip or the beginning of a great family vacation. Everyone's different.
So why treat everyone the same?
Instead, why not build a product based on your interests? Tell us your needs, ideas, dreams, and opinions. Song is and always will be built around you.
Song Airlines Pricing Structure
Pretty much, the earlier you purchase a ticket, the less you're going to pay. Here's why.
The two main things that have an effect on the fare you're going to get are timing and inventory.
Timing You'll most likely get a good fare if you purchase 14 days or more before the flight. Fares rise at 14, 7, and 3 days before the flight, and again on the day of the flight. The timing rules apply to each flight, so, for example, staying 14 days at your in-laws' house won't lower your fare (or your blood pressure, for that matter).
Inventory Every plane has a limited number of seats available at each price, so it pays to purchase as early as possible. For example, a person who purchases a flight only 14 days beforehand may not get the best price because the best priced seats may already be sold out. Since all of our fares are one-way, your return fare might be better than your leaving fare, or vice-versa.
So how do you find the best fare?
If you're not happy with the fares you're getting from your initial search, there's a link at the bottom of your results to try to find a better fare. The better fare finder lets you see fares for other possible days you can travel, up to 3 days before and 3 days after your original leaving and return dates. If your travel dates are flexible, the timing and inventory may be right on another day for you to find a better fare. Also keep an eye out for Web-only fares that reward you for purchasing on flysong.com.
