General Information

Air travel should be the most comfortable way to travel and the aim at Turkish Airlines is to give customers a wonderful experience to remember every time they fly. To enable Turkish Airlines to provide the best possible service, all customers are kindly requested to be informed of Turkish Airlines regulations and service policies as summarized below.

Please be assured that all these regulations and policies have been devised to protect customer safety and ensure a perfect flight.

Reservation and Check-In

Check-in time is one hour prior to scheduled departure time of domestic flights and two hours prior to scheduled departure time of international flights. Check-in will be closed 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of domestic flights and 35 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of international flights.

If your stay is more than 72 hours at a stop- over point, be sure to have your next flight reservation confirmed. Otherwise your reservation can be automatically cancelled.
